Coalition helicopter makes precautionary landing

BAGHDAD , Iraq – A Coalition Forces Pave Low helicopter was forced to make an unscheduled landing in northern Iraq June 17.

The helicopter was involved in operations near the town of Qusaybah when the pilots experienced mechanical difficulties.

The pilots skillfully and safely landed the helicopter, ensuring no injuries to the crew or local civilians. Coalition Forces are recovering the aircraft for maintenance.
