| June 16, 2005 Release Number: 05-06-21C FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE FIVE MARINES KILLED BY IED IN AR RAMADI CAMP FALLUJAH, Iraq – Five Marines assigned to 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force (Forward), were killed in action June 15 when their vehicle hit an improvised explosive device. The incident took place during combat operations near Ar Ramadi, Iraq. The names of the deceased are being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
