April 29, 2005 Release Number: 05-04-30C FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Soldier Died and Two Injured In VBIED Attack LSA ANACONDA, BALAD, Iraq – One 1st COSCOM Soldier is dead and two others were wounded as the result of a vehicular born improvised explosive devise attack 5 miles north of Taji April 29 at approximately 12:30 p.m. The Soldiers were evacuated to the theater hospital at LSA Anaconda where one died as a result of the wounds. The other two Soldiers are being treated at the hospital. The names of the Soldiers are being withheld pending next of kin notification.
