ASKAR AKAYEV IN KAZAKHSTAN

ALMA ATA/BISHKEK, March 24 (RIA Novosti) - Kyrgyzstan's President Askar Akayev is most likely in Kazakhstan, sources in Bishkek and Alma Ata told RIA Novosti.
According to a military source in Kyrgyzstan, a helicopter with Akayev on board landed in Kazakhstan, not far from Alma Ata.
The Kazakh authorities have neither confirmed nor denied this information.
According to many media outlets, Akayev's family earlier arrived in Kazakhstan.
