Eight terror suspects detained in central Baghdad
 

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Task Force Baghdad Soldiers detained eight suspected terrorists on March 20. Three of the local nationals had Iraqi police badges, but only one badge was verified in the Iraqi Police database. The suspects possessed three 9 millimeter pistols, and two AK-47 rifles. Only one of the suspects had a weapons permit.

The detainees are in U.S. custody for further questioning.
