two local nationals
BAGHDAD, Iraq -- A Task Force

in the car and attempted to flee.
After the Soldiers fired a warning shot, the vehicle continued to
move. At that point, the platoon perceived the vehicle as being
hostile and fired into the cab of the vehicle, injuring one of the
occupants.
The two civilians were taken to a nearby U.S. military facility.
