In the northern city of Mosul, gunmen killed a cameraman working for a Kurdish television station.
In the capital Baghdad, two people were killed and two injured in a car bomb attack. A separate bombing -- apparently aimed at Health Ministry director Sa'd al-Amali -- wounded four of al-Amali's bodyguards.
Two Iraqi farmers were killed in a car bomb south of Baghdad, while a driver in a Turkish convoy of trucks was killed in a roadside bomb attack near Baiji in the north of the country.
