| February 14, 2005 Release Number: 05-02-17C FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE ONE TASK FORCE LIBERTY SOLDIER KILLED, THREE WOUNDED BY IED TIKRIT, IRAQ - One Task Force Liberty Soldier was killed and three wounded when an improvised explosive device struck a Coalition combat patrol near Baqubah at about 4:50 p.m. Feb. 14. The three wounded were taken to a Coalition Forces medical treatment facility. The name of the deceased is being held pending notification of the next of kin. -30- |
