Three Detained Near IED Site
Tikrit, Iraq - Three anti-Iraqi force suspects were detained in a raid in Abayach near the site where an IED was discovered on January 14 at about 7:40 p.m. Three individuals were seen running into the house when the IED was found. A search of the house uncovered AIF propaganda and a possible IED detonator. The three individuals were taken to Multi-National Forces detention facilities. Explosives ordnance personnel destroyed the IED in place.
