1st ID Soldiers Find Body of IPS Officer
Tikrit, Iraq --1st Infantry Division Soldiers from 2nd Battalion, 63rd Armor Regiment, discovered the body of an Iraqi police officer during a combat patrol near Hib Hib about 3:25 p.m. on Jan. 13.
The Soldiers transported the officer's remains to Baqubah.
The Iraqi police are investigating the incident.
