            The Department of Defense announced today that the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 28th Infantry Division, Pennsylvania Army National Guard, will deploy to Iraq in support of the Operation Iraqi Freedom rotations scheduled to begin in mid-2005.

            Other units identified and announced as part of this rotation were previously announced on Dec. 14, 2004 nr20041214-1823.html

            DoD will continue to release large unit announcements as they are identified and alerted.
