            The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.

            Pfc. Harrison J. Meyer, 20, of Worthington, Ohio, died Nov. 26 in Ar Ramadi, Iraq, when his unit was attacked by enemy forces using small arms fire.  Meyer was assigned to the 1^st Battalion, 503^rd Infantry Regiment, 2^nd Brigade Combat Team, Camp Howze, Korea.
