CAMP FALLUJAH, Iraq -- At approximately 2 p.m., Sept. 20, Multi-National Force - Iraq conducted a successful precision strike against heavy construction equipment used by Anti-Iraqi Forces (AIF) to build fortified fighting positions on the outskirts of Fallujah.
