CACI Awarded $126 Million Contract to Support U.S. Navy Maintenance Information System

Company to Provide Wide-Ranging Support for Enterprise Resource Planning

Arlington, VA, August 18, 2004 — CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) today announced that it has been awarded a five-year, $126 million contract by Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) to support the U.S. Navy Enterprise Maintenance Automated Information System (NEMAIS). The award is a consolidation of existing contracts under CACI's leadership to provide comprehensive program and technical support for the Navy-wide NEMAIS program. CACI and its subcontractor team will perform the work at NAVSEA sites in Norfolk, Virginia and Washington, D.C. This new award represents significant growth in the support CACI provides to the Navy's NEMAIS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program and expands the company's engineering, logistics, and system integration business with the Navy.

Designed to modernize Navy maintenance processes and information systems, NEMAIS replaces aging information systems with new integrated management software. When fully implemented, the system is expected to be used by more than 35,000 Navy and civilian workers worldwide. NEMAIS is part of the larger Navy ERP Program, which is considered one of the biggest ERP implementations accomplished by any military in the world.

CACI's team will provide a wide range of project and technical support services. This includes reengineering maintenance business processes to meet new requirements and providing program and financial support for effective project delivery. CACI will provide technical services to integrate commercial off-the-shelf products, implement and deploy the system, and train users. The company will also deliver engineering services to ensure quality control and configuration management of system hardware and software, as well as information assurance solutions to secure the integrity of systems and data for the NEMAIS program.

CACI President of U.S. Operations Ken Johnson stated, "Consolidating a number of support functions under CACI enables us to help the Navy meet its goals for enhanced enterprise resource planning. We will continue our long-term partnership with the Naval Sea Systems Command to help the Navy plan and implement ship maintenance that results in better readiness for our fleet and increased support for our sailors."

Dr. J.P. (Jack) London, CACI Chairman, President, and CEO, said, "CACI remains dedicated to providing our customers in the Department of Defense with the highest level of service for America's armed forces. This contract to support the Navy Enterprise Maintenance Automated Information System gives us a great opportunity to match our strengths in project support and technology with U.S. Navy needs for modern information systems that improve our national defense."
