TF Olympia Soldier killed in roadside bomb explosion
Mosul, Iraq - One Task Force Olympia Soldier was killed and another wounded around 4:45 p.m. today when their convoy was attacked by a roadside bomb in west Mosul.
The wounded Soldier was evacuated to the U.S. Army combat support hospital in Mosul and is in stable condition.
The name of the Soldier killed is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
