Kuwait`s naval war games to begin on Tuesday

Kuwait City, May 18, IRNA -- Kuwait`s Joint Command of the Armed 
Forces announced here that Kuwait Navy will start its 25 day war games
on Tuesday in the country`s southern waters in the Persian Gulf. 
According to a communique issued by the Kuwaiti armed forces, 
Kuwait`s naval forces would use war grade ammunition in their 
bombardment of pre-determined mock-enemy targets and their gun battle 
games. 
The Kuwaiti naval war games would be launched in southern waters 
of that sheikdom in the waters of Kuwait`s Kibr, Um ul-Maradim, and 
Qaroura islands. 
The war games of the Kuwaiti navy, including shootings and 
bombardments, would start every early morning throughout the 
maneuvers, and end late in the evening. 
The sea farers who often traffic in those regions, and the native 
residents of the said islands are strictly advised to keep the region 
fully evacuated to avoid unintended harm.
