ONE FIRST INFANTRY DIVISION SOLDIER KILLED, TWO INJURED IN ACCIDENT

TIKRIT, Iraq - One 1st Infantry Division Soldier was killed and two were injured in a vehicle accident near Ad Dwar around 11:30 p.m. May 24.

The Soldiers were transported to a military medical facility.

The name of the deceased is being withheld pending next-of-kin notification.

The accident is under investigation.
