First Infantry Division Soldier Killed, One Wounded
TIKRIT, Iraq - One First Infantry Division Soldier was killed and one wounded in an improvised explosive device attack near Baqubah around 9:58 a.m. April 29.
The wounded Soldier was evacuated to a Coalition medical facility and was listed in stable condition.
The name of the Soldier killed is being withheld pending next-of-kin notification.
The incident is under investigation.
