Task Force Baghdad Soldier Dies in IED Strike
BAGHDAD, Iraq --
One Task Force Baghdad Soldier died when an improvised explosive device struck a convoy in eastern Baghdad at about 10 a.m. April 17.
The soldier was medically evacuated, and later died of his wounds. Full identification of the deceased is being withheld pending the notification of next of kin.
The incident is under investigation.
