INTRO: U-S officials in Iraq say they are doubling the reward for information leading to the capture of a suspected Jordanian terrorist they consider the most dangerous man in Iraq. Kirk Troy reports from Baghdad.

TEXT: The U-S-led coalition in Iraq said it is increasing the reward offered for Abu Musab Zarqawi to 10-million dollars. The higher bounty follows the release of a document attributed to the Jordanian. It outlines plans to incite civil war in Iraq.

Brigadier General Mark Kimmitt is the U-S military spokesman in Baghdad.

Today the Coalition Provisional Authority and combined joint task force seven announced that the award for information leading to the apprehension of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, a suspected leader of terrorists in Iraq, will increase to 10-million dollars. Zarqawi will be brought to justice or justice will be brought to him. There is no safe place to hide.

General Kimmitt said the Jordanian national has close ties to the al-Qaida terrorist network, and gave a long list of attacks in Iraq and elsewhere for which he is wanted. (SIGNED)
