CACI Wins $133 Million Information Technology Contract to Support to U.S. Navy Tactical Command System

Company to Design, Develop, and Integrate Software for U.S. Fleet

Arlington, VA, November 18, 2003 — CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) announced today that it has been awarded a $133 million information technology services contract to support the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Systems Center Norfolk. This five-year contract, with one base year and four option years, calls for CACI to help design, develop, and integrate the Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) throughout the U.S. Fleet. A combination of two predecessor contracts, the new award continues CACI's 22-year relationship with SPAWAR and supports company growth goals for its core line of business in engineering and logistics. The contract is one of the $625 million in awards received during the company’s first fiscal quarter and disclosed in the company’s earnings release for that period.

SPAWAR Systems Center Norfolk designed NTCSS and provides for its ongoing support. The system is used on all ships and submarines, by all aviation squadrons, and by key Navy maintenance organizations. It includes software that automates functions ranging from supplies and maintenance to personnel administration, financial and medical records, and travel order management. It also includes upgrades of existing Navy systems to better support Navy users, interface with other Defense Department systems, and enhance America's overall defense readiness.

"CACI is positioned to respond quickly and effectively to the Navy's needs for developing network-centric, enterprise-level information systems," noted Ken Johnson, CACI's President of U.S. Operations. "We understand the complexities of software design, development, and integration at the enterprise level. We will leverage our proven expertise and technical strengths to help SPAWAR meet its mission goals on time and with maximum user benefit."

According to CACI Chairman, President, and CEO, Dr. J.P. (Jack) London, "CACI has developed a line of business in engineering and logistics that is focused on providing high-quality support to the Navy's key information technology programs. This contract award is testament to our success in delivering these capabilities. We are dedicating our top resources and personnel to support SPAWAR System Center Norfolk and its essential contributions to the operational readiness of our Navy's fighting forces."
