INTRO: President Bush says a new Osama Bin Laden videotape is a reminder that the war on terrorism goes on. V-O-A's Paula Wolfson reports Mr. Bush says America will not be intimidated by the al-Qaida leader.

TEXT: The tape aired on the eve of the second anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States.

President Bush says it is a vivid reminder.

///BUSH ACT///

His tape reminds us that the war on terror goes on.

///END ACT///

Mr. Bush says it is an attempt at intimidation that will not work.

///BUSH ACT////

His rhetoric is trying to intimidate and create fear. And he is not going to intimidate America.

///END ACT///

In the videotape, Osama Bin Laden and a deputy are seen walking side by side in rugged terrain. Accompanying audiotapes contain voices said to be those of the two men.

U-S intelligence analysts say they can verify that one of the voices is that of the deputy, but can not confirm the other is the voice of Osama Bin Laden. (signed)
