Correction: EUCOM Transformation may send soldiers back to States

The Aug. 6 article, "EUCOM Transformation may send soldiers back to States," mistakenly quoted Air Force Gen. Charles F. Wald, deputy commander, U.S. European Command, as saying that some troops will go to or be based in countries like Bulgaria, Romania or Lithuania. Gen. Wald did not specifically say that troops would be stationed in those areas. However, Bulgaria, Romania and Lithuania were mentioned in context during the interview as NATO aspirant countries.
