Lockheed Martin Adds Vindicator as Security Solution Partner

GAITHERSBURG, MD, March 18th, 2003 -- Lockheed Martin today announced it has signed an agreement with Vindicator Technologies to resell Vindicator's physical security systems. "Our reseller agreement with Vindicator allows government customers to access not only the systems integration expertise of Lockheed Martin but also the physical security products of Vindicator," said Jane Rudolph, vice president of homeland security systems, Lockheed Martin Mission Systems. "By adding Vindicator to our security solutions business partners, Lockheed Martin gains another partner that can help us meet customer demands for ever-increasing system functionality and reliability for the protection of their critical assets."

Vindicator offers intrusion detection and access control systems and services to a wide array of customers, including the U.S. Air Force and the Department of Energy (DoE).

Under the agreement, Lockheed Martin will offer the entire line of Vindicator products among its wide array of advanced security systems. As a leading systems integrator for security solutions for government customers, Lockheed Martin can manage all phases of a security project, from site surveys, system requirements, design, installation, training and service.

Lockheed Martin Mission Systems provides solutions in systems integration, program management, software development, and information security for a variety of customers including U.S. and international defense and civil government agencies. Mission Systems employs approximately 3,000 at primary facilities in Gaithersburg, Colorado Springs, Colo., Santa Maria, Calif., and is a business unit of Lockheed Martin Corporation.
