CACI Awarded Blanket Purchase Agreement to Provide Technology Support for Department of Defense Infrastructures

Company One of Four Contractors to Compete for $450 Million in Tasks

Arlington, Va., February 26, 2003 — CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) announced today that it has been awarded a five-year blanket purchase agreement to provide information technology (IT) support for Department of Defense (DoD) national security network and computer infrastructures. The multiple-award contract, which CACI won through its General Services Administration Federal Supply Service schedule, is valued at $450 million. Under the terms of the agreement, CACI will compete with three other companies for tasks in a wide range of life-cycle IT services. The contract positions CACI to continue expanding its support for DoD security and intelligence capabilities with solutions for communications, systems engineering, and technical and program management services.

CACI offers solutions for managing existing network and computer infrastructure systems, as well as leadership support for programs to modernize these systems. CACI and its team members will assist in network planning and engineering, ensuring secure and reliable communications. They will provide technical support for information systems and intelligence services, offering both functional efficiencies and savings in cost and time.
