ABOARD USS BLUE RIDGE AT SEA -- Operations Specialist 2nd Class Shereeda Veasey, an Inglewood, Calif., native, receives contact information, then plots the information on the status board in the pilot house aboard USS Blue Ridge (LCC-19).
After spending the past three months in an extensive Ship Repair Availability (SRA), Blue Ridge got underway Dec. 5 for an at sea period which will allow the ship to conduct a variety of checks on both recently installed and repaired equipment.
