But, it is entirely appropriate and logical that we would increase our intelligence gathering operations, and our surveillance around the world to prevent future attacks. Well before September 11th, the president, Secretary Rumsfeld, and others in this administration talked about the need to improve and elevate our intelligence gathering capabilities for just that reason. So we're improving and elevating those capabilities and those activities around the world.
