INTRO: U-S Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld says the al-Qaida terrorists and their Taleban supporters in Afghanistan should not count on regular respites from U-S attack because of Muslim holy days. More from V-O-A Pentagon Correspondent Alex Belida.

TEXT: Mr. Rumsfeld says it would be unwise for terrorists and their supporters to believe they will have certain times when they can do what they wish. He also tells reporters that while bombing attacks may ease, some other activities will take place out of sight.
