• MV-22 Operational Evaluation Concludes Boeing 03 Aug 2000 -- The MV-22 completed operational evaluation in July at Marine Corps Air Station New River, N.C., after eight months of extensive flight testing to evaluate whether the Osprey will be effective and suitable for operational use.
• Boeing's Acquisition of Autometric, Inc. Complete Boeing 03 Aug 2000 -- The Boeing Company (NYSE:BA) today completed its acquisition of Autometric, Inc. With today's announcement, Autometric becomes a part of the Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) division within the Boeing Space and Communications (S&C) Group led by President Jim Albaugh.
