On January 21-24, 2000, the All-Russia Centre for Public Opinion Studies, or VTsIOM, conducted a regular representative public opinion poll among Russia's adult population (18-year and older people). Pollsters worked in 83 towns and villages in 31 Russian regions (there were 150 polling stations) with 1,600 respondents in each of them.
Admissible error is within 3.8%.
