General Dynamics Continues to Believe it Will Prevail in A-12 Litigation
FALLS CHURCH, Va. -- The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has reversed the United States Court of Federal Claims’ judgement and remanded the Boeing Co. and General Dynamics Corp. A-12 case to the trial court for a determination of whether the government’s default termination was justified.
The decision takes no position as to the outcome of the claim; it merely returns the case to the United States Court of Federal Claims for a trial of the government’s default claim.
General Dynamics continues to believe that the government’s default termination was not justified and is confident that it will ultimately prevail.
