
Slovenian Air Aforce PC-9 Trainer Aircraft on Display at Paris with Advanced Avionics Package

An upgraded Slovenian Air Force PC-9 trainer aircraft with an advanced avionics package is being shown at the Paris Air Show.
The aircraft is in final acceptance testing at Israel Aircraft Industries, Ltd.
Israel Aircraft Industries? Lahav Division is a major subcontractor to Radom Aviation System, Ltd., Petach Tikva, Israel.
The new avionics package includes a head up display, advanced navigation system and modernized cockpit. The upgrade will significantly improve the training capabilities of the PC-9 and make it suitable as a lead-in trainer to modern fighters.
IAI?s Lahav Division is a world leader in upgrading aircraft. Recent programs include upgrading of T-38, F-4, F-5, A-37, Kfir and A-4.
