TOURING THE REGION ON FRIDAY MR. OBASANJO PAID AN EMOTIONAL VISIT TO THE CITY OF WARRI WHERE DOZENS OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN KILLED IN ETHNIC CLASHES OVER THE PAST TWO WEEKS. MR.
