The US Government required Maintenance Tents to support that mission and the contract was for the purchase of maintenance tents, and rental of generators with a base 3-month period with 2 3-month options. Generators would be required to be leased, fueled, and maintained by the selected contractor from 1 February 2013 until 30 March 2013. Both maintenance tents would accommodate a maximum vehicle size of length 314.9 inches, width 98 inches, and height 141.2 inches, with additional space for a work area. Total tent size with work areas would be, at least, 45 feet in length, 24 feet in width, and 18 feet in height.
