375th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron [375th AES]
The 375th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron handles all the cases for Central Command within the United States, with support from an associate Reserve unit, the 932nd AES, also based at Scott AFB.
The 375th AES is the Air Force's pilot unit for developing the aeromedical evacuation support tail for the US Air Force's Air Expeditionary Force.
The squadron took part in Joint Task Force Exercise 99-2 in the Atlantic Ocean taking place from July 16-30 1999 and which involves NATO countries.
