Integrated Exploitation Capability (IEC)
The Integrated Exploitation Capability (IEC), a Component of the NIMA Imagery Exploitation System (NIES), is a National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) program which will deliver 2153 workstations over an 8 year deployment plan at 63 NIMA and DoD sites worldwide. The NIMA United States Imagery and Geospatial Service, in a spiral process, is developing an Integrated Exploitation Capability from commercial-off-the-shelf components to support imagery intelligence and geospatial analyst requirements.
