| responsibilities for traffic management functions |
| for transportation and movement of DOD materiel. |

| Sub-Functions | It is used by any agency that moves cargo within |
| the Defense Transportation System and it is used |
| to establish the policy and procedures for that |

| ports, water ports, and break bulk points for |
| example), and receivers among others. |
