Defense minister: New indigenous drone under construction

Tehran, Feb 10, IRNA -- Defense Minister, Ahmad Vahidi, said late Saturday that the process of building the new drone capable of attacking air-to-air missiles is underway.

Vahidi made the remarks in a televised interview late Saturday.

He said Iran defense ministry is building 20 types of reconnaissance and offensive drones.

On the indigenous long-range spy and reconnaissance drone, Karrar, he stressed that Iran army forces will unveil the latest drones capable of attacking air-to-air missiles in the near future.
