Mohseni-Ejei noted a case has gone to Ministry of Justice in this regard and Iran’s Foreign Ministry is pursuing the case for the time being.
“Off course, the U.S. crimes are not just limited to one or two cases and all files will be pursued one after another,” Ejei said on Monday.
Iranian Judiciary Spokesman turned to the issue of two U.S. officials who sought assassination of one of the Iranian military commanders and pointed out that the issue has been discussed in the Ministry of Justice and is pursued through Interpol and that the judge himself has taken the required actions as well.
He also referred to 15 U.S. spies and noted the spying cases have gone to the court of justice but no official hearing session has been held yet.
“There were two other spying cases besides the 15 espionage ones, “Ejei noted in a press conference.
