IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency

Tehran, Dec 12, IRNA -- Judiciary spokesman Ghlamhossein Mohseni Ejei said on Monday the Judiciary has filed a lawsuit against two American officials through interpol.

He told IRNA that the prosecutor general in a letter to interpol has called for legal action against the two American officials, namely ex-Central Inteligence Agency agent and top Advisor to US Administration and Congress Raoul Mark Grescht and former vice Chief of Staff of the US Ground Forces General Jack Keane.

The two US officials are accused of provoking US lawmakers to authorize terrorist acts in Iran.

Interpol has pledged to transfer the request by Iranian Judiciary to its office in Washington.

Last October, a number of hardline US officials including Grescht and Keane called on US Administration to start a secret operation to assassinate some Iranian officials such as commander of the Qods force affiliated to the Islamic Revolution's Guards Corps r Brigadier General Soleimani.
