CIA espionage network busted in Iran

Tehran, May 21, IRNA -- Information Ministry announced on Saturday that it has identified and busted a espionage and sabotage network operated by CIA, arresting some 30 people spying for the US in addition to identifying 42 CIA officers in various parts of the world.
The ministry’s Public Relations Office said in a statement that its personnel inside and outside the country have succeeded in identifying and completely destroying the network affiliated to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
The network established by a number of leading CIA members operated in some other countries of the word, said the statement.
It added that the US-affiliated espionage network was active under cover of so-called job-finding centers to recruit Iranian civilians for cooperation by promising them job and education opportunities.
