CACI Awarded $230 Million in Previously Unannounced Contracts to Support National Security and Intelligence
Advanced CACI Solutions Increase Client Capabilities in Homeland Security, War on Terrorism
Arlington, VA, October 31, 2006 - CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) announced today that it has won approximately $230 million in previously unannounced contracts with federal government clients in the national security and intelligence communities. The awards call for CACI to provide information technology (IT) solutions designed to increase the capabilities of federal agencies directly engaged in providing homeland security and waging the war on terrorism. All the contracts were awarded in the first quarter of CACI's fiscal year 2006, which ended September 30, 2006. Approximately 90 percent of the work is new for CACI. CACI's support under these awards focuses on direct technical assistance to mission-critical programs in counter-terrorism and strategic and tactical intelligence.
