CACI Awarded $266 Million in Previously Unannounced Contracts to Support National Security and Intelligence

Includes Network Services, Systems Integration, Knowledge Management, and Intelligence Solutions

Arlington, VA, October 12, 2004 — CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) announced today that it has won approximately $266 million in contracts to support national security and intelligence activities for clients in the federal government. The awards call for CACI to provide network services, systems integration, knowledge management, and intelligence support, among other solutions. All the contracts were awarded in CACI's first fiscal year 2005 quarter, which ended September 30, 2004. Approximately 60 percent of the $266 million is new work for CACI. The significant increase in the value of these awards confirms CACI's continued successful expansion of its core offerings for national security and intelligence solutions.

Representative work includes an effort in which CACI will help support worldwide telecommunications and networking operating systems for a national intelligence agency client. The company will help this client move to more efficient and cost-effective systems to enhance America's information superiority in the war on terrorism. On another award in the company's systems integration area, CACI will assist with developing and integrating software into existing hardware for a client in the Department of Defense (DoD).

Other contracts call for CACI to provide knowledge management solutions for government agencies directly involved in supporting coalition forces in the war on terrorism. In one case, CACI-developed software is being used to rapidly process documents for intelligence analysis at command centers and in the field. The company is also providing specialized staffing for intelligence analytical support, curriculum support and training for intelligence personnel, software development for intelligence analysis and quick reaction capabilities, and technical support for signals analysis solutions.

Dr. J.P. (Jack) London, CACI Chairman, President, and CEO, said, "National security and intelligence support remains a top priority at CACI. We continue to meet strategic goals for growing our business with national security clients in the federal government, as well as for providing products and services that keep our nation strong. Our core solutions offer innovative technologies and comprehensive expertise that will help our government continue to enhance intelligence systems, here and abroad, and collect, protect, and share critical information for homeland defense and the war on terrorism."
