Replying to a question, the Foreign Office Spokesman Masood Khan said that the British government has sent a communication through foreign policy advisor of British prime minister when he called on Foreign Minister Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri on January 26. The communication said that British government recognized the difficulties caused by such allegations and concerns, Khan said. "It added that the British government would not wish to do any thing to harm development of bilateral relations between the two countries." According to the spokesman, the foreign minister was assured that Britain would continue to attach great importance to relations with Pakistan.
