CACI Awarded $154.7 Million Contract to Support United States Army Intelligence and Security Command

Company to Provide Information Technology Solutions for Mission Support

Arlington, VA, September 16, 2003 — CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) announced that it has been awarded a $154.7 million contract by the Headquarters, United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) to provide mission support services at INSCOM sites, other national intelligence agency sites, and for other army tactical units worldwide. The contract, known as GENESIS II, is awarded for one base year and four option years. CACI's role is to provide information technology solutions to help combat commanders collect intelligence and deploy countermeasures against enemy communications and intelligence systems. The award significantly increases CACI's intelligence solutions business and expands the company's client base in the national intelligence community.

CACI offers INSCOM a proven quick reaction capability to meet rapid turnaround requirements. This includes engineering and building portable electronic intelligence systems for ground and airborne use. It extends to associated mission support equipment such as power generation systems, platforms, and physical security systems. CACI will provide life-cycle maintenance and quality assurance for the products it supports, as well as project management and a wide range of systems integration, installation, testing, repair, training, fielding, and facilities and installation support.
