DPRK Foreign Ministry spokesman blasts Japan's launch of spy satellite
KCNA
Pyongyang, March 28 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry answered a question put by KCNA today as regards Japan's launch of a spy satellite.
This morning Japan launched a spy satellite by using a large carrier rocket H-2A.
The DPRK has already warned Japan that the launch would be a hostile act against the DPRK and a serious threat to it.
Nevertheless, Japan launched the satellite to spy on the DPRK, wantonly violating the DPRK-Japan Pyongyang Declaration in which both sides committed themselves to refrain from doing any act threatening the other side.
The satellite launch deprived Japan of any justification and qualification to talk about the DPRK's satellite launch.
Japan will be held wholly responsible for sparking a new arms race in Northeast Asia
