CACI to Provide Intelligence and Information Operations Support to U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command

Company Awarded Subcontract from CSC for Broad Range of Services

Arlington, Va., March 13, 2003 — CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) announced today that it has been selected by Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) of El Segundo, Ca. to be a major subcontractor in support of the U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command's (CECOM) Rapid Response (CR2) program. The indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract has a two-year base period with three two-year options. CACI estimates the value of its subcontract to be approximately $50 million over eight years, and anticipates delivering solutions in its core business areas of homeland security, intelligence, information assurance, systems integration, and engineering.

CR2 calls for rapid response to a broad range of critical Army requirements. Specifically, CACI will play an essential team role in intelligence and information operations programs, including research and development support for the Army and other clients. CACI will also support new task orders for information assurance projects, as well as integrated logistics activities related to manufacturing and new equipment field testing.

CACI was selected in part for its experience as the current prime contractor for the Army's Technical Engineering Fabrication and Operations Support (TEFOS) program. Services CACI fields through TEFOS may be required, for instance, to reverse-engineer equipment or tools that are no longer available, yet are still operationally vital. Similarly, CACI's systems integration capabilities will help users maintain and enhance existing systems for migration to more advanced combat system environments.

Ken Johnson, CACI's President of U.S. Operations, said, "We are proud to continue our support for the Army Communications Electronics Command, and are looking forward to working with team CSC on the Rapid Response Program. I am confident that CACI's long-standing, productive relationship with the Army will be integral to helping CSC meet federal goals for combat troop readiness."

CACI Chairman and CEO Dr. J.P. (Jack) London stated, "This contract illustrates CACI's true distinction as an information solutions provider. We are able to provide a wide range of critical services — intelligence, information assurance, systems integration, and engineering — while maintaining flexibility, agility, and customer attention. Most of all, we are proud to continue our support of America's strong defenses."
