  • North Korea: Pyongyang, Washington Set To Meet In Six-Way Talks In Beijing RFE/RL 26 Aug 2003 -- After months of tension between North Korea and the United States, the issue of Pyongyang's nuclear program will finally be on the table tomorrow when six-way talks kick off in Beijing. In preparation for the negotiations, diplomats from the U.S., South Korea, and Japan are due to meet today. But analysts don't expect a breakthrough in Beijing.
