National Mission Model
Since program inception in 1995, the total number of launches contained in the Air Force's Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle (EELV) mission model has fluctuated from 171 to 194 to 204 to 169 to 183. The types of launch vehicles--medium-lift, intermediate-lift, and heavy-lift--and the timing of launches have also varied.
