General Information
The AN/GSC-49 SATCOM terminal provides jam-resistant secure communications. The terminals are provided in either a fixed or transportable configuration. All transportable terminals can be transported by truck, railroad, ship, and fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft. The terminals are designed specifically to support the Worldwide Military Command and Control System, jam-resistant secure communications point to point, secure voice and graphics conferencing, and Air Force tactical warning and attack assessment data transmission requirement.Technical Characteristics
